Do you supply new headsets as well as processing repairs?
Yes, you can call us for all your needs, be they for new headsets, amplifiers, curly cords, or consumable items such as voice tubes, microphone covers and ear cushions.
What do you do with items sent for repair?
We will perform the following functions to headsets:

• Incoming visual inspection

• Electronic bench test

• Replacement of defective electronic components

• Final bench test and calibration according to manufacturers specifications

Repaired headsets will be sanitised. We will replace ear cushions, microphone screens, then bag the headsets before returning. 

If I have a headset repaired that is out of warranty, what is my repair warranty entitlement?

A 90 day (3 month) warranty will be available on your repaired headset.
